Job Title: Experienced Sales Channel Supervisor (Battery and Consumer Electronics)
Location: Lagos
Job Summary

  • We are looking to expand our expertise into other areas, so experience in business development, networking and selling into new markets/segments is a must.
  • Thus, we are looking for an experienced sales professional with proven track record of solidifying sales in the FMCG sector, preferably in the market penetration and sales of dry-cell batteries and affiliate products
  • This role reports to the SBU Country Manager.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing both large and small projects and developing relationships and growing new segments within the dry-cell battery and consumer electronics space.
  • Client Servicing, Image Building of the Organization. Identify and explore business needs and anticipate future requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • Regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats, project progress etc.
  • Supervise the market orientation, improve platform reputation, and expand market share and scale.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly & monthly sales reports and planned account management activity
  • Train and develop the local sales team into highly valuable sales force.
  • Calculate the market volume by market survey, and develop the distribution channels for our products

Experience and Qualifications

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Age range: 25-32 years old.
  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant or related field of study.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.
  • Experience working with a leading Sales and Distribution company is a plus.
  • Demonstrated B2B experience in the FMCG preferably in the sale of dry-cell battery or small appliances is highly required.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Lagos
  • Proven solid understanding or experience in one or more industries such as battery distribution, power consumer electronics, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Advanced and proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Must possess analytical and multitasking skills, as well as ability to work under pressure independently, and with minimal guidance.
  • Self-motivated, structured, quality-driven, and able to take initiative
  • Solid management qualities including strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self-confidence, and the ability to delegate responsibilities, and adhere to management directives.

Job Title: Talent Management Supervisor (HR)
Location: Lagos
Job Summary

  • The function of this role is to focus on developing a well-rounded talent management program to facilitating the strategic selection, and development of employees is supported, ensuring that corporate long-term goals and objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, design, implementation and management of the training system, curriculum system and talent development system, and establish an internal knowledge base;
  • Undertaking the relevant training tasks of the HQ Transsion University to be implemented;
  • Formulating talent development strategies, implementing talent inventory, succession planning management, and establishing talent pools and talent portraits;
  • Coordinating and expanding company recruitment resources, channels, develop and maintain recruitment channels, and be responsible for the recruitment results. Such as: hunting at the supervisor level and above and other specified position, competitors hunting (anti-hunting), and establishing talent maps;
  • Establish an employer branding plan and implement it. For example, job fair in campus, building the relation with public. Building the web portals of transsion in recruitment web.
  • Local position management and key position qualification system. Guiding performance management optimization.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Transsion group and HR managers about localization management and HR ROI promotion.

Qualifications and Competences

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Age range: 30-35 years old.
  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or any related field
  • Ability to audit and monitor quality of outputs; demonstrable experience of delivery against specified protocols/ procedures ensuring the highest level of performance.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
  • FMCG, Telco experience is desired.
  • Background in HR advisory services required
  • Experience of designing and delivering coaching/mentoring, learning and development and talent management programs.
  • Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employ

Job Title: HR Supervisor – Manufacturing
Location: Lagos
Job Summary

  • We are looking for an HR Supervisor with superb experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry
  • The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and administering the daily HR Operations at our factory site

Job Description

  • According the business, execute and finish the recruitment of factory within the requested date. Building fixed the recruitment channel system and ensure talent supply
  • Ensure HR Objectives, policies are well developed, and implemented according to the organizations vision’s mission and strategies, as well local labour law.
  • Ensure attendance monitoring system is in place
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under-staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure the maintenance of organizational and enterprise culture and help promote good employee engagement within the workplace.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Work with Management to Identify staff vacancies and recruit for all areas of operations according to business requirements, and in a cost effective and timely manner.
  • Responsible for the administration and management of compensation and, benefits, and safety and training programs to staff.
  • Manage relationship with outsourcing company, labor relations and all other relevant external parties
  • Adherence to 6’S and HES System is adhered to within the establishment
  • Other job assigned by HRM and Factory Director.
