Job Title : INTERNAL SECURITY OFFICER
Our client in the Manufacturing Sector(Distillery) seeks the services of a Internal security officer who would be responsible for maintaining safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Assist in being responsible for the security and safety of Staff; Building; Assets and Stock.
Maintains safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Assist the management in the enforce of staff discipline, rules and regulations.
Safeguarding Staff, Building, Assets, Stock:
Assist in securing premises by making regular patrol of the facility, monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Spot check of the back store, registers and entry point for vendor/suppliers and other points of exit/entry.
Constant check of staff and movement of stocks.
Assist in preventing loss and damages by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Compliance with company policies and procedures on Safety and security measures:
Ensuring all systems, process and checks are followed by staffs and suppliers.
Fire safety norms and standards are strictly adhering to.
Actively involved in facility opening and closing process.
Monitoring of Security staffs, Contract staffs:
Checking on the reporting time and attendance.
Monitoring of their performance.
Giving on the job training and tips.
Cross checking their movements
Ensuring that parking etiquette is maintained.
Adherence to Car park management.
Handle the issues relating to rift, fights, indiscipline, etc.
Directing drivers on parking spot.
Counter measures for bomb threat.
Resolve vehicle damage, loss; theft, stealing.
Assist in monitoring the performance of all security gadgets – camera, fire equips, safety equips, etc.
Assist in capturing of all vital information through gadgets.
Assist in reviewing the recordings.
Assist in analysing information to resolve incidences.
MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3 year(s) Minimum as a security personnel.
Job Title : PR CONSULTANT
Our client in the Media/Public Relation sector seeks the services of a Public Relation Consultant.
The Public & media Relations Consultant manages reputation, publicity campaigns, leverages all platforms and avenues to gain support and credit for clients, as well as influence opinions in Company clients’ best interest.
Public & Media Relations Consultant’s responsibilities are to;
Plan, develop and implement PR strategies for clients
Network and so…e with clients, the media, PR colleagues and competition to build and maintain relationships.
Engage primary, secondary and third party endorsements, to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between an clients and the public
Use all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation and crisis situations of the company’s clients.
Research, write and manage use and distribution of press materials to targeted media or channels
Engage in market research for outreach reviews; collate and analyse media coverage, impacts and trends.
Prepare and supervise the production of press kits, publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia materials
Devise and coordinate photo opportunities or visibility mediums per client requirements
Organise events such as press conferences, interviews/shows, concerts, exhibitions, galas, open days and tours.
Speak publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations to promote the Company goals and objectives in the industry
Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
Liaise with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations for the Company Client’s benefits
Liaising with clients, operations and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives
Source and manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities for clients as required
Foster community relations and initiatives
Have excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
Have good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
Business awareness and a good knowledge of main stream an d secular media as well as current affairs
Prior experience in PR, communications, marketing and media is highly desirable
Client relations/Key account management
PR plan development & execution experience is a plus
B.Sc from any reputable institution
