Job Title : CLIENT RELATIONS INTERN
The client relationship intern works closely with the sales team to manage relationships with clients.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Candidate must reside on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island and Obalande).
1-3 years experience in same or close similar role.
Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.

Job Title : HEAD OF MARKETING
The Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales teams.
DUTIES OF THE HEAD OF MARKETING
Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
2-5 Years’ experience of successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.

Performance is key
NGN150,000.00 and negotiable based on experience.
Job Title : SALES EXECUTIVE
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales for the business using a variety of sales techniques.
DUTIES OF THE SALES EXECUTIVE
Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products.
Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
Entering all required data for sales onto the company system.
Creating invoices and sending out to customers following a sale.
Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
Following up on leads generated by other departments.
Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
Background of the Sales Executive
Previous experience in a sales role for another company at least 1 year.
Self-motivated and organized individual.
Track record of achieving KPI’s and targets.
Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds.
