We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: LagosJob Description

  • The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing our client’s finances, know and understands what will make the company profitable and productive;
  • Prepare reports on a regular basis that include monthly financial statements, cost reports, budgeting, and forecasting reports;
  • Invoicing of projects completed, responsible for managing cash-to-invoicing order, lead and develop the team so they can be effective in their analysis and in their accounting duties;
  • Ensure the books are accurate and that everything is accounted for in the company.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance or Accounting
  • Master’s Degree/MBA will be an added advantage
  • Professional certification in ICAN or ACCA
  • 7 years experience or more in similar role, 2 of which must be at managerial level

The candidate to be hired will be expected to display the following competencies:

  • Produce financial account giving a true and fair view
  • Make appropriate recommendations/proposals, assess and evaluate effectiveness of data
  • Analyse and interpret complex financial statements to identify trends and significant messages using ratios, percentages and comparative figures
  • Identify control procedures, resource needs and interdependencies
  • Make effective presentations to senior managers using effective presentations aids and dealing with questions raised.
  • Amongst others, S/He should be able to multi task, be attentive to details, be organised, IT savvy and good with numbers.


Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • We need a Manager to take the reins and create competitive advantages for our organisation through Sales and Marketing.

S/He will be responsible for:

  • Generating unique selling propositions
  • Creating engagement with customers/prospective customers
  • Promoting our Brand
  • Developing pricing strategies
  • Building Sales Plans
  • Promoting our Brand
  • Introducing new services to the target market


  • In making our selection, we will be looking for candidates with B2B experience spanning several industries and have the following technical competencies:
    • Defining brand strategy and positioning
    • Understanding and articulation of value
    • Managing reputation through the alignment of people, processes and brands
    • Networking for new opportunities
    • Product/Service Management
    • Monitoring and measuring effectiveness
  • So, if you are creative, entrepreneurial, commercially aware, financially literate, influencing, like to take on challenges and have up to 7 years relevant experience in sales and marketing roles, you are suitable for the position we are looking to fill.
