Responsible for undertaking targeted recruitment for senior roles, as well as headhunting to fill senior executive positions

Source for qualified senior level candidates in line with business requirements using various channels
Liaise with Heads of departments in getting manpower requirement brief
Conduct both phone & face-2-face interviews for prospective hires.
Carry out executive searching via LinkedIn or through candidate poaching
Administer personality & reasoning assessments to candidates
Assist in assigning candidates on the Career portal to HODs managers for phone interviews.
Provide update on recruitment activity to the recruitment administrator when required
Works with external recruiters in filling top senior positions
Work efficiently with the team to complete assignments
Analyze applicants personality assessment scores to identify best fit candidates for various openings
Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection


2-3 years’ experience in executive recruitment
Relevant degree qualification
Proven interviewing techniques
Ownership of work-
Sense of judgment
Talent assessment
Good sense of judgment
Negotiation skills
Self-starter & independent

Performance metrics:
Ensure vacant positions are filled in a timely manner
Quality of candidates presented for final interview
Time taken to complete a particular interview stage
Time taken to contact assigned candidate
